Species : Human
Source : Sf9 Cells
Tag : His
Protein Length : 38-end a.a.
Description : This gene encodes a member of the Abelson family of nonreceptor tyrosine protein kinases. The protein is highly similar to the c-abl oncogene 1 protein, including the tyrosine kinase, SH2 and SH3 domains, and it plays a role in cytoskeletal rearrangements through its C-terminal F-actin- and microtubule-binding sequences. This gene is expressed in both normal and tumor cells, and is involved in translocation with the ets variant 6 gene in leukemia. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different protein isoforms have been found for this gene.
Form : Recombinant protein stored in 50mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.0, 300mM NaCl, 150mM imidazole, 0.1mM PMSF, 0.25mM DTT, 25% glycerol.
Bio-activity : 1218 nmol/min/mg
Molecular Mass : ~132 kDa
AA Sequence : 38-end
Purity : >70%
Applications : Kinase Assay, Western Blot
Stability : 1 yr at -70°C from date of shipment.
Storage : Store product at –70°C. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Concentration : 0.1 ug/ul
