• Description: P300/CBP-associated factor (PCAF), also known as K(lysine) acetyltransferase 2B (KAT2B), is a human gene and trancriptional coactivator associated with p53.
• Reagents Supplied: 1x dilution buffer A: 20 mM Tris-Cl (pH 8.0), 20% Glycerol, 100 mM KCl, 0.2 mM EDTA and 1mM DTT.
