Species : Human
Source : E.coli
Tag : His
Protein Length : 190 amino acids
Description : Ras homolog, or Rho, proteins interact with protein kinases and may serve as targets for activated GTPase. They play a critical role in muscle differentiation. The protein encoded by this gene binds GTP and is a member of the small GTPase superfamily. It is involved in endosome dynamics and reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton, and it may coordinate membrane transport with the function of the cytoskeleton.
Conjugation : HIS
Molecular Weight : 23.800kDa inclusive of tags
Tissue specificity : Heart, placenta, liver, skeletal muscle, and pancreas and, with weaker intensity, in several other tissues.
Form : Liquid
Purity : >90% by SDS-PAGE
Storage buffer : Preservative: NoneConstituents: 50% Glycerol, 5mM DTT, 200mM Sodium chloride, 20mM Tris HCl, 2mM EDTA, 0.1mM PMSF, pH 8.0
