Antigen Description : Tumor necrosis factor-beta (TNF-beta), also known as lymphotoxin-alpha (LT-alpha) is a potent lymphoid factor that exerts cytotoxic effects on a wide range of tumor cells and certain other target cells. TNF-beta possesses a signal peptide sequence and is a secreted protein; however, TNF-beta is also present on the surface of activated T, B and LAK cells as a complex with LT-beta. Bioactive TNF-beta exists as a homotrimer.
Target : LTA
Immunogen : E.coli expressed, recombinant human TNF-beta
Host : Mouse
Isotype : IgG1, kappa

Preparation : The LEAF (Low Endotoxin, Azide-Free) antibody was Purified by affinity chromatography.
Usage recommendation : Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA capture applications, a concentration range of 1-4 μg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of TNF-beta recombinant protein ranging from 1000 to 8 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Concentration : 1.0 mg/ml
Storage : The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C. This LEAF solution contains no preservative; handle under aseptic conditions.
