• Bio-activity: 1. Immobilized IL4 at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind cynoIL4Rh, the EC50 of cynoIL4Rh is 50-120 ng/mL.
  2. Measured by its ability to inhibit IL-4 dependent proliferation of TF-1 human erthroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.1-0.5ng/ml in the presence of 0.2 ng/ml IL-4.
