• Product Overview: Recombinant Bovine FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein, His & Avi-tagged, Biotinylated is expressed from human HEK293 cells. It contains AA Ala 24 - Pro 298 (FCGRT) & Ile 21 - Leu 118 (B2M) (Accession # Q3T119-1 (FCGRT) & P01888-1 (B2M)). Predicted N-terminus: Ala 24 (FCGRT) & Ile 21 (B2M). The subunit FCGRT carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag. The protein has a calculated MW of 34.5 kDa (FCGRT), 11.6 kDa (B2M) . The protein migrates as 37 kDa (FCGRT), 12 kDa (B2M) respectively on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing (R) condition due to glycosylation. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
