• Description: Tpp15 is a 15 kDa major membrane inmunogen of the bacterium Treponema pallidum. It is a major immunogen during natural syphilis infection in humans. This lipoprotein has been reconised as a sensitive antigenic target for IgM responses in congenital infection.
