Description : |
Enables endothelin A receptor binding activity and endothelin B receptor binding activity. Involved in several processes, including cellular response to cytokine stimulus; regulation of secretion by cell; and response to corticosteroid. Located in several cellular components, including Weibel-Palade body; basal part of cell; and rough endoplasmic reticulum lumen. Used to study adult respiratory distress syndrome; coronary artery disease; membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis; metabolic acidosis; and portal hypertension. Biomarker of several diseases, including artery disease (multiple); heart disease (multiple); kidney failure (multiple); lung disease (multiple); and nephritis (multiple). Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including artery disease (multiple); bronchial disease (multiple); obesity; obstructive sleep apnea; and rheumatoid arthritis. Orthologous to human EDN1 (endothelin 1). |
Form : |
Freeze-dried powder |
Molecular Mass : |
Predicted Molecular Mass: 1718.0 Da |
Purity : |
> 97% |
Applications : |
Immunogen; SDS-PAGE; WB. |
Stability : |
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37 centigrade for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. |
Storage : |
Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8 centigrade for one month. Aliquot and store at -80 centigrade for 12 months. |
Storage Buffer : |
PBS, pH7.4, containing 0.01% SKL, 1mM DTT, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300. |
Reconstitution : |
Reconstitute in PBS or others. |
