• Description: Enables DNA-binding transcription activator activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity. Involved in several processes, including negative regulation of adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobulin superfamily domains; negative regulation of lymphocyte activation; and regulation of transcription, DNA-templated. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including animal organ development; establishment of apical/basal cell polarity; and left/right pattern formation. Located in nucleus.
