• Product Overview: Recombinant Human TNFRSF13B along with FC tag is expressed inHEK 293cells. The molecular weight of the recombinant mouse Tnfsf4 is 45.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE, the recombinant TACI/Fc preparation showed an approximately 51 kDa band and an approximately 40 kDa doublet. The presence of multiple bands in the preparation is likely the result of heterogenous glycosylation.
