Recombinant Human TNFRSF13B, Fc-tagged

Cat.No. : TNFRSF13B-2095H
Product Overview : Recombinant Human TNFRSF13B along with FC tag is expressed inHEK 293cells. The molecular weight of the recombinant mouse Tnfsf4 is 45.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE, the recombinant TACI/Fc preparation showed an approximately 51 kDa band and an approximately 40 kDa doublet. The presence of multiple bands in the preparation is likely the result of heterogenous glycosylation.

Tag : Fc
Description : Transmembrane activator & calcium modulator and cyclophilin ligand (CAML) interactor (TACI) is lymphocyte specific member of the tumor necrosis factor-receptor superfamily and is expressed in B-lymphocytes and may act to regulate humoral immunity. TACI also serves as a receptor for B-cell activating factor of the TNF family (BAFF) and as a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL).
Purity : >90% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin : <0.1 ng per 1 µg as determined by the LAL method.
Biological Activity : The biological activity of Human Transmembrane Activator and CAML Interactor is determined by its ability to block human BAFF induced T2B cell survival assay using a concentration range of 1.0-3.0 ug/ml.
Storage : This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20℃ to -70℃. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2℃ to 8℃ for one month or at -20℃ to -70℃ in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles. See Product Insert for exact lot specific storage instructions.
