• Description: Human Osteoprotegerin (OPG) is a cytokine factor that is a member of the TNF Receptor superfamily. It is also known as Osteoclastogenesis Inhibitory Factor (OCIF), and acts on bone tissue by increasing bone mineral density and bone volume. Human OPG is a 19.9 kDa protin with 175 amino acid residues.
