Cat. No. : NR1I3-1278H
Description : NR1I3 was identified as amember of the orphan nuclear hormone receptor family in 1994. Althoughconstitutively acitve, it can be further activated by phenobarbitol-likecompounds, the most potent being the synthetic compound TCPOBOP. Uponactivation, NR1I3 regulates the xenobiotic drug metabolizing enzymes, cytochrome P450s.
