• Bio-activity: Histone H4 peptide and acetyl-CoA were incubated with different concentrations of p300 (965-1810) protein in 1 assay buffer AM1 for 25 minutes, before addition of Stop Solution. After adding Developing Solution to each well and incubation for 15 minutes in the dark, fluorescence was read with excitation at 380 nm and emission at 460 nm. All operations were performed at room temperature.
