• Product Overview: Recombinant Human FCGRT & B2M Heterodimer Protein (NP_004098.1)(Met1-Ser297) & (NP_004039.1)(Met1-Met119) was produced by HEK293 Cells expression system. The FCGRT protein was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1. The B2M protein was constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the human FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified. The purified heterodimer was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
