• Product Overview: Recombinant Cynomolgus FCGRT & B2M Heterotrimer Protein (Q8SPV9)(Met1-Ser297) & (Q6V7J5)(Met1-Met119) was produced by HEK293 Cells expression system. The FCGRT protein was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1. The B2M protein was constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the mouse FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro.
