Description : Ephrins are the ligands which bind to the Eph receptor subfamily, the largest group of the receptor tyrosine kinase family. Both ephrins and Eph receptors are broadly expressed through the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm of vertebrate embryos. Two classes of ephrins exist: Class A ephrins are tethered to the membrane by a GPI linkage and bind primarily to EphA receptors; Class B ephrins contain a membrane-spanning region and bind predominantly to EphB receptors.
Formulation : Recombinant Human Ephrin B3 protein at 100µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
Application And Suggested Dilutions : •ELISA •Inhibition Assays •Western Blotting.
Characterization : On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 47 kDa.
Storage & Stability : Store vial at -20°Cto -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
