Recombinant Human EPH Receptor B4, His-tagged

Cat.No. : EPHB4-4762H
Product Overview : Recombinant human EPHB4 contains C-terminal polyhistidine tag and has a calculated MW of 57.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, DTT-reduced protein migrates as 65-70 kDa polypeptide in SDS-PAGE.

Description : Ephrin type-B receptor 4 (EPHB4),is a member of Eph family. The Eph family of receptors are divided into 2 groups based on the similarity of their extracellular domain sequences and their affinities for binding ephrin-A and ephrin-B ligands. Ephrin receptors make up the largest subgroup of the receptor tyrosine kinase(RTK) family. The protein encoded by EPHB4 binds to Ephrin-B2 and plays an essential role in vascular development.
Source : Recombinant human EPHB4 Glu17-Ala539 (Accession NM_004435) was produced in human HEK293 cells
Species : Human
Form : Bulk protein in a 0.22 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4 and delivered as liquid formulation or lyophilized powder. Normally 5-8% trehalose and mannitol are added as protectants before mannitol are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Purity : >97% as determined by SDS-PAGE. All lots are greater than 97% pure.
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per 1 μg of the human EPHB4 by the LAL method.
Storage : Stable in lyophilized state at 4°C for 1 year after receipt. Sterile stock solutions reconstituted are stable at 4°C for 2 months and at -20°C for 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
