Description : DSTN is a member of the ADF/Cofilin/destrin superfamily that has the ability to rapidly depolymerize F-Actin in a stoichiometric manner. DSTN is a small phosphoinositide-sensitive actin-binding protein capable of depolymerizing actin-filaments in vitro.
