Cat. No. : BLK-642H
Description : The gene encoding BLK is a member of the SRC family of protooncogenes and shows preferential expression in B-lymphoid cells. It is thought to function in a signal transductory pathway specific to this lineage.
Source : Recombinant human BLK protein encoding aa 1-100 expressed inE.Coli.
Suggested Applications : ELISA, Inhibition Assays, Western Blotting.
Presentation : 100µl purified human BLK protein at 100µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA, 20% Glycerol without BSA and Sodium Azide.
Characterization : On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 38kDa (including GST).
Storage & Stability : Store vial at -20°C to -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
