Species : Human
Source : E.coli
Tag : GST
Protein Length : N-term-350a.a.
Description : The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase and a Golgi body transmembrane protein. The encoded protein can form a homotetramer and has been shown to interact with spastin and with mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 4. This protein may be involved in axonal maintenance as evidenced by the fact that defects in this gene are a cause of spastic paraplegia type 3. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Storage : The protein is stored in PBS buffer at -20℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Storage Buffer : 1M PBS (58mM Na2HPO4,17mM NaH2PO4, 68mM NaCl, pH8. ) added with 100mM GSH and 1% Triton X-100,15%glycerol.
