Cat. No. : AP2M1-70H
Description : AP2M1 is a subunit of the heterotetrameric coat assembly protein complex 2 (AP2), which belongs to the adaptor complexes medium subunits family. This protein is required for the activity of a vacuolar ATPase, which is responsible for proton pumping occurring in the acidification of endosomes and lysosomes. It may also play an important role in regulating the intracellular trafficking and function of CTLA-4 protein.
Source : Escherichia coli.
Physical Appearance : Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Purity : Greater than 95.0% as determined by the analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE coomassie blue staining.
Formulation : Recombinant Human AP2M1 at a concentration of 0.1mg/ml containing 10 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 0.1% Triton X-100 and 0.002% NaN3.
Applications : • ELISA • MS• Western Blotting.
Storage : RhAP2M1 although stable at 14°Cfor 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Protein length : 1-435 a.a.
