Description : Plasma FXIIIa is generated by cleavage of homogenous plasma FXIII by alpha-thrombin, in the presence of EDTA. The A2'B2 subunit is purified by ion and affinity chromatography and supplied in 50% glycerol, 0.5 mM EDTA for storage at -20 centigrade.
