Native Human Coagulation Factor XIII, A1 Polypeptide

Description :	Human F13A1is producted from Factor XIII by cleavage with human alpha thrombin. FactorXIII is a tetramer composed of two pairs of chains held together by noncovalentbonds. Thrombin cleaves activation peptides from the alpha chains of FactorXIII (MW = 320 kDa) generating activated Factor XIIIa (MW = 312 kDa). The thrombinis subsequently removed via chromatography.
