Description : Human AMHR2 is an 82kDa serine/threonine receptor with a single transmembrane domain that belongsto the family of type II receptors of the TGF β superfamily. The AMHR2precursor is 573 amino acids (aa) in length, with a 17 aa signal sequence, a127 aa extracellular region that also contains two potential Nlinkedglycosylation sites, a 26 aa transmembrane region, and a 403 aa cytoplasmicregion that contains the serine/threonine kinase domain.
