Immobilized Biotinylated Cynomolgus Transferrin R, His Tag, primary amine labeling at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on streptavidin precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Mouse Transferrin Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag with a linear range of 0.3-10 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.The protein has a calculated MW of 101.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 100 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
