• Product Overview: Recombinant mouse Stem Cell Factor (Kitl) is involved in survival, differentiation and activation of myeloid, erythroid, lymphoid, mast cells, eosinophils and other progenitor cells. mKitl signals through its receptor, tyrosine kinase Kitl R/c-kit. It is produced in E.Coli as a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 164 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 18,309 Daltons.

• Description: Stem Cell Factor (also known as SCF, kit-ligand, KL, or steel factor) is a cytokine that binds to the c-Kit receptor (CD117). Kitl can exist both as a transmembrane protein and a soluble protein.
