Species : Mouse
Source : Mammalian Cells
Tag : Fc
Protein Length : 26-233 a.a.
Description : Il4ra isa widely expressed 140 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein in the class I cytokinereceptor family. Il4ra plays an important role in Th2-biased immuneresponses, alternative macrophage activation, mucosal immunity, allergic inflammation, tumor progression, and atherogenesis. Mature mouse Il4ra consists of a 208amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD) that contains a ligand bindingregion and one fibronectin type-III domain, a 24 aa transmembrane segment, anda 553 aa cytoplasmic domain that contains one Box 1 motif and one ITIM motif.
Form : Lyophilizedfrom a 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS.
N-terminalSequence : Ile26
MolecularWeight : 51 kDa
Activity : Measuredby its ability to inhibit the IL-4-dependent proliferation of HT-2 mouse helperT cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.05-0.2 μg/mL in the presenceof 3 ng/mL of recombinant mouse IL-4.
Endotoxin Level : <1.0EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
SDS-PAGE : 65-85kDa, reducing conditions.
Purity : >90%,by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain.
Reconstitution : 100 μg/mLin sterile PBS
Storage : Use amanual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70°C as supplied. 1month, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -20 to-70°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
