Description : Mouse Ccl9 (alsoMIP1γ and MRP2) is an 11 kDa, secreted, monomeric polypeptide that belongs tothe β (or CC) intercrine family of chemokines. Based on its activity andamino acid (aa) sequence, it is further classified as a member of the NC6 orsixcysteine containing CC subfamily of chemokines.
Source : E. coli
Form : Lyophilized from a0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS with BSA as a carrier protein.
N-terminal Sequence : Gly50
Molecular Weight : 8.4 kDa
Activity : Measured by itsability to chemoattract human CCR1 transfected BaF3 mouse pro-B cells. The ED50for this effect is typically 0.2-1 ng/mL.
Endotoxin Level : <1.0 EU per 1 μgof the protein by the LAL method.
Purity : >97%,by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain.
Reconstitution : Reconstitute at 100μg/mL in sterile PBS that containing at least 0.1% human or bovine serumalbumin.
Storage : Use amanual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70°C as supplied. 1month, 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -20 to-70°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
