Species : Mouse
Source : HEK293
Tag : Fc&His
Protein Length : 1-182 a.a.
Predicted N Terminal : Thr 21
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant mouse CD27 at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind biotinylated human CD70 with a linear range of 0.39-12.5 ng/ml.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant mouse CD27/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer after removal of the signal peptide. The reduced monomer consists of 410 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 46.2 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rm CD27/Fc monomer is approximately 60-65 kDa due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : >94 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
