Source : HEK293
Species : Human
Tag : His&Avi
Form : Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Bio-activity : Immobilized Human ITGAV&ITGB3 Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Tag Free at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Human Osteopontin, His,Avitag with a linear range of 0.078-5 μg/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag). The protein has a calculated MW of 35.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 16 kDa, 23 kDa, 28 kDa and 45-60 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation and proteolytic processing of several intracellular enzymes.
Proteinlength : Ile17-Asn300
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
Protein length : 17-300 a.a.
