Immobilized Human Siglec-15, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Mouse Human chimeric mAb (5G12, Human IgG1) with a linear range of 0.1-2 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.The protein has a calculated MW of 53.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
