• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human IL10Rβ/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 449 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 51.7 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhIL10Rβ/Fc monomer is approximately 75-85 kDa due to glycosylation.
