Species : Human
Source : HEK293
Tag : Fc
ProteinLength : 1-250;17-443 a.a.
Predicted N Terminal : Ala 25
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Bio-activity : 1. Measured by its ability to bind rat EPO-His in a functional ELISA. 2. Measured by its ability to bind mouse EPO-His in a functional ELISA.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human EPOR&CD131/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimer of EPOR&CD131-Fc heterodimer. The reduced EPOR& CD131-Fc comprises 906 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 101 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 125 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : >90 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
