Description : | The protein encoded by this gene plays a crucial role in B-cell development. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked agammaglobulinemia type 1, which is an immunodeficiency characterized by the failure to produce mature B lymphocytes, and associated with a failure of Ig heavy chain rearrangement. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. |
Form : | 30% Glycerol, 0.05% Tween 20, 3mM DTT, 25mM Tris HCl, 100mM Sodium chloride, 10mM reduced Glutathione, pH 8.0 |
Bio-activity : | >450 U/mg |
Molecular Mass : | 106 kDa |
Unit Definition : | One unit defined as the amount of enzyme that will transfer 1nmol phosphate to Tyr substrate per minute at pH 7.4 and 30 centigrade. |
Applications : | Inhibition Assay |
Storage : | Upon delivery aliquot. Store at -80 centigrade. Avoid freeze / thaw cycle. |
Concentration : | Batch dependent within range: 10 µg at 0.36 - 1 mg/ml |
