• Product Overview: Recombinant Cynomolgus FCGRT (Q8SPV9) (Met 1-Ser 297) was fused with a c-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; Recombinant cynomolgus B2M (Q8SPW0) (Met 1-Met 119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified. The purified heterodimer was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

• Molecular Mass: The recombinant cynomolgus FCGRT&B2M consists of 399 (300+99) amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 45.3 (33.7+ 11.6) KDa.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
• Purity: >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Storage: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
  Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
• Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized powder in sterile water to 100-200 ug/ml, and further dilute with other solvents. The dissolved protein can be stored at 4°C for 2-7 days and should be used up as soon as possible. If not in use for a short time, please store at -20°C.
