• Product Overview: Recombinant Human FCGRT (NP_004098.1)(Met1-Ser297) was fused with a C-terminal polyhistidine tagged AVI tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; Recombinant Human B2M (NP_004039.1) (Met1-Met119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the Human FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified and expressed in HEK293. The purified heterodimer was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
