Form : Lyophilized from sterile 20 mM Tris, pH 8.0, 300 mM NaCl, 10 % glycerol, 0.5 mM TCEP, 0.5 mM PMSF. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
