Species : | Treponema Pallidum |
Source : | E.coli |
Tag : | Non |
Description : | Recombinant Treponema pallidum 17Kd protein produced as a P-fusion protein in the E.coli Expression System. Fusion protein protein mol.wt: approx.19kD. This protein binds to murine anti-TP17 kD protein monoclonal antibodies and Treponema pallidum converted human serum polyclonal antibodies in ELISA and Western Elisa, Dot Blots and Lateral Flow immunochromatographic diagnostic tests. |
Form : | Frozen Liquid |
Molecular Mass : | 19 kD |
Purity : | > 95 % by SDS-PAGE |
Applications : | In-Vitro Diagnostics; Immunization. |
Notes : | Recommended concentrations for use are approximate values. A dose dependent response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for use in specific applications. ELISA and Western ELISA require 10-100ng protein depending on the nature and affinity of the detection reagent. Human serum polyclonal antibodies yield titers of 1:1000 or greater at 100ng of immobilized protein under standard ELISA conditions. Protein concentration for lateral flow rapid diagnostics range from 1-2mg/ml. |
Stability : | At least 2 years at -75 centigrade. |
Storage : | Store at -75 centigrade. |
Dilutions : | 10 mM Tris, pH 8.0, SDS (<0.01%) |
