Species : Rhesus macaque
Source : HEK293
Tag : Fc&Flag&His
Protein Length : Met1-Ala105 & Met1-Asp117
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant heterodimer of Rhesus CD3D&CD3E comprises 679 (333+346) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 76.63 (37.58+ 39.05) KDa. The apparent molecular mass of rhesus CD3D&CD3E heterodimer is approximately (51.18 & 43.36) KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized powder in sterile water to 100-200 ug/ml, and further dilute with other solvents. The dissolved protein can be stored at 4°C for 2-7 days and should be used up as soon as possible. If not in use for a short time, please store at -20°C.
