• Product Overview: Recombinant extracellular domain (Met1-Ser298) of rat FCGRT (P13599) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; Recombinant rat B2M (P07151) (Met1-Met119) constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the FCGRT/B2M heterodimer was purified. The purified protein was biotinylated in vitro.
