• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant mouse MERTK/Fc chimera is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 721 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 79.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rm MERTK/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 130 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
