The apparent molecular mass of Mouse IL12B & IL23A heterodimer is approximately 43.9、41.4、26.9 and 23.6 KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of this protein is around 62.2 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested).
