• Description: This FGF22 (C-terminus fused with human IgG1 Fc) protein contains 368 amino acids with predicted MW 41.12 kDa x 2 (dimmer) and 7 cysteines (Fc has 6). It has no N-link glycosylation site. This protein is a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family. The mouse homolog of this gene was found to be preferentially expressed in the inner root sheath of the hair follicle, which suggested a role in hair development. It belongs to the heparin-binding growth factors family. Well-documented antibodies is not available commercially.
