• Molecular Mass: The recombinant mouse EPOR/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 473 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 52.8 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rmEPOR migrates as an approximately 65 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
