Cat. No. : Ccl1-126M
Description : Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 1 (CCL1) is a small glycoprotein secreted by activated T cells that belongs to a family inflammatory cytokines known as chemokines. CCL1 attracts monocytes, NK cells, and immature B cells and dendritic cells by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor called CCR8. CCL1 may play a role in lymphocyte recruitment in bronchial asthma.
Source : Mammalian cells
State Of Matter : Lyophilized.
Purity : >95% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin : <1.0 EU/µg as determined by the LAL method.
Molecular Weight : The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Mouse CCL1 is Mr 7.8 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 13-16 kDa.
Storage And Stability : This lyophilized protein is stable for six to twelve months when stored desiccated at -20°C to -70°C. After aseptic reconstitution, this protein may be stored at 2°C to 8°C for one month or at -20°C to -70°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
