Description : Cluster of differentiation 14 also known as CD14 is a cell surface glycoprotein1 expressed in monocytes, macrophages, polymorphonuclear neutrophils, chondrocytes, B-cells, dendritic cells. CD14 functions to enhance activation of cells by lipopolysaccharide (LPS).
Molecular Weight : The predicted molecular weight of Recombinant Mouse CD14 is Mr 61.8 kDa. However, the actual molecular weight as observed by migration on SDS Page is Mr 85-95 kDa.

Purity : >95% by SDS Page and analyzed by silver stain.
Endotoxin : <0.1 ng per 1 µg as determined by the LAL method.
