• Description: Usp5 (IsoT) is a deubiquitinase enzyme that hydrolyzes free polyubiquitin chains. The Usp5 contains two zinc finger domains (ZnF-UBP). This product contains the second ZnF-UBP domain (amino acid 163 – 291). The ZnF-UBP domains bind free ubiquitin chains’ diglycine carboxyl tail, which defines its specificity in binding of free polyubiquitin chains.
