Species : Human
Source : Sf9 Cells
Tag : Non
Description : TNFR1 belongs to the TNFR superfamily of transmembrane proteins, and is expressed in most cell types. Binding of either TNF-alpha or TNF-beta to TNFR1 initiates a signal transduction pathway that results in the activation of the transduction factor NFkB, whose target genes are involved in the regulation of inflammatory responses, and, in certain cells induce apoptosis.
Availability : Check availability.
Isotype : N/A.
Purity : Over 80% pure. Three bands are observed by SDS gel electrophoresis, however, a single band is observed after glycosidase treatment, indicating heterogeneity in the sugar portion of this glycoprotein.
Formulation : 10 mM Hepes, pH 7.0. Concentration: 1.0 mg protein/ml.
Biological Activity : Binding of the ligand TNF was demonstrated by receptor binding competition of binding with radioactive TNF.
Stability : At least 2 months at -80°C.
Storage : Store at -80°C.
