Species : Human
Source : Sf9 Cells
Tag : GST
Protein Length : 134 aa-end
Description : STK35 is serine/threonine kinase 35 which is a kinase that is predominantly found in the nucleus and interacts with PDLIM1/CLP-36 in the cytoplasm and localize to actin stress fibers. STK35 protein is a regulator of actin stress fibers in nonmuscle cells. STK35 specifically targets STK1 to actin stress fibers and that it may represent a regulator of the actomyosin cytoskeleton in nonmuscle cells.
Form : Recombinant protein stored in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 50mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione, 0.1mM EDTA, 0.25mM DTT, 0.1mM PMSF, 25% glycerol.
Molecular Mass : ~70 kDa
Purity : >80%
Applications : Western Blot
Storage : Store at –70°C. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Concentration : 0.1 μg/μl
