Description : RGM domain family, member B, also known as RGMB, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RGMB gene. RGMB is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored member of the repulsive guidance molecule family (see also RGMA and RGMC) and contributes to the patterning of the developing nervous system.
Source/Host : CHO cells.
Concentration : 0.1mg/ml after reconstitution.
Purity : ≥95% (SDS-PAGE).
Endotoxin Content : <0.1EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Bio Whittaker).
Reconstitution : Reconstitute with 100µl sterile water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum or a carrier protein.
